Setting "BorrowerRenewalPeriodBase" to CURRENT DATE negates automatic renewal for all items.

I changed the bug title a bit to have a bit more information - those are also used for printing the release notes later :)

Did you mean "RenewalPeriodBase" instead of "BorrowerRenewalPeriodBase"?
