Many of the links shown under https://koha-community.org/documentation/ are broken as of November 23, because they point to the following kind of paths: http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/xx.xx/en/html-desktop/ http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/xx.xx/en/pdf/Koha-xx.xx-koha-manual-en.pdf Someone with the needed privileges should fix this. I wish links on any official websites would be permanent.
The affected links have been updated to working links, however the endpoints might still change in the future with the new documentation manager/sphinx setup. Thank you very much for reporting this.
Some of the links are working now. But the following examples (and maybe more) are still not working: http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/master/en/pdf/Koha-16.11-koha-manual-en.pdf There is no PDF link for Koha 16.05 anymore http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/3.22/en/pdf/Koha-3.22-koha-manual-en.pdf http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/3.20/en/pdf/Koha-3.20-koha-manual-en.pdf http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/3.18/en/pdf/Koha-3.18-koha-manual-en.pdf http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/3.16/en/pdf/Koha-3.16-koha-manual-en.pdf
I have removed all PDF links as they are no longer being generated (or I can't find where they are.) Work is in process to update the /documentation page, there are a lot of links to verify and possibly remove.
I've just run the w3c link checker over https://koha-community.org/documentation/ and it seems to come out OK now (including the URLs that it couldn't check because of robot exclusion - I retrieved all those myself OK). If anyone wants to double check the link checker URL is: https://validator.w3.org/checklink?uri=https%3A%2F%2Fkoha-community.org%2Fdocumentation%2F&hide_type=all&depth=&check=Check Can this bug can now be marked as fixed? Nobody has touched it for nearly a year and I know the documentation folk have been busily updating all the Koha docs.
