Description Nick Clemens 2020-03-20 13:27:51 UTC
In catalogue/export.pl for this one format 'marcstd' we call the subroutine marc2marc

This subroutine builds a list of 'private_fields' - which is any field with 9 in the tag. These are then removed from the record. This includes all item tags

To recreate:
1 - Find a record with some items and view the details page
2 - Save record -> MARC (Unicode/UTF-8, Standard)
3 - Open record in marcedit, or stage for import into koha
4 - Note all 9 fields and items are gone

But wouldn't that be the expected behavior as the 952 is not standard? Would it help if we changed the decriptions including "without item data" somehow?

Never got a reply, closing invalid (at least it might draw attention ;) )
