Description Chris Cormack 2010-05-21 01:12:00 UTC

---- Reported by cnighswonger@foundations.edu 2009-08-24 21:23:49 ----

After a regular install of koha on Debian (any) /var/run/lock/koha is owned by root:root rather than the koha user. This causes zebra many problems when attempting to index/reindex.
