There is a problem when a comment is edited after first approval:

1) activate System preference reviewson 
2) add comment in OPAC
3) approve comment in staff client - comment is shown in OPAC correctly.
4) edit your comment
5) try to approve in staff client - comment is not shown in list of comments waiting for approval.

Interestingly enough this works fine in 3.2.x. Will find the difference

With the recent work done in this part of Koha - it works nicely on master now!
Perhaps another test on 3.6.x would be good before closing this.

Still valid in 3.6.x. as of 3.6.11.

Works alright on current master and 3.16.2, I am closing the bug report. Please reopen if you want to provide a fix for earlier maintained versions.
