This is still an issue in 19.05. If we're going to continue to include Author in a title search, then maybe the title search needs a different name to reflect that more is included. A colleague suggested "Title - Statement." I would expect a title search to be more focused. We're seeing results where the actual title entered is showing up way down the results list, which is confusing and frustrating for staff and patrons. If you are using "QueryAutoTruncate" try turning this off to improve the relevancy ranking (there is an existing bug there) |
