There definitely needs to be a distinct permission set for what staff can create/edit in the news and html functions. There also needs to be a permission to restrict editing of any of these to the logged in library. We now have different tools that still use the same permission. Maybe we could split the permission for News vs. pages vs. HTML customizations? |
