It would be great to have a selection option in the Staged MARD Management tool that allowed you to choose which bibliographic records get imported into the system. Right now the only option is to import all records.

Sometimes librarians get records from vendors where the record may have errors or not be complete. It would be great to have an option to select the records you want to import on /koha/tools/manage-marc-import.pl

Agreed! For batches of records that are a mix of brief (or incomplete, or with errors) and full bibs but all with items that do need to be replaced, match or no match isn't really granular enough to work well since 'match' is necessary to replace items - so it would be really useful if this included the ability to select for each match whether to overlay or ignore the bib and separately whether to replace its items. (Or maybe items would always follow 'How to process items' but there could be 'ignore' and 'overlay' options on each bib?)
