We are also interested in being able to organize lists hierarchically as well, at a public library. At our main branch we have adult, teen, and youth lists, and each of our 5 schools also makes lists. Currently they are in one LONG LIST. And the pull-down menus are a nightmare when trying to find a particular one. I envision something like the reports module, where we can assign a group and a subgroup, maybe even metadata/notes suggested in bug 28795. We are also a public library and would like to be able to group/categorize lists by kids, tween, teen and adult or even by topics. If patrons could narrow down the lists to view only the groups they are interested in I think it would increase their usage. *** Bug 27711 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** +1 We are a public library and would be interested in organizing lists hierarchically as well. We would use it where each branch could maintain readers advisory lists. |
