To recreate:

1. Have a record with some encoding errors
2. Go to the catalog detail page 
3. See the red text on red background 

The color contrast is bad, even with the black ( #000 ) text. If we mus have the red background then I believe all text needs to me white ( #fff )

I thought this was a duplicate but couldn't remember if we'd just discussed on Mattermost or if there was a ticket, but found it in the end.
