This suggests 2 things: Allow editing of staged records: Will be resolved by bug 18823. Ability to pick records to import: Changing bug title to cover this. The ability to choose which staged records to import would be so helpful! I'm thinking of instances when a few unwanted biblio records sneak into a batch that is staged. It would be more efficient to unselect the unwanted records at that point and proceed with importing, rather than stage a new batch or delete the unwanted records after import. Agree!! Some of our materials come with records and some don't. It would save a ton of time if we could select the few NOT to import if they are already live in the catalog. We have seen a lot of this in Covid-times due to overlapping orders and bulk shipments being received en-masse. |
