This is still desired, but I'd add that I think the library needs to decide if they want them and if they do they write them because the docs written for Koha are meant for the library staff - not the patrons. So what we need is a mechanism to allow the library to turn this on and create the files. Bug 15326 allowing to add additional pages to the OPAC might be helpful here.
