Adds schema.org RDFa to bootstrap theme

In 3.14 we added schema.org structured data (RDFa) to the prog theme, and there was much rejoicing!

In 3.14 we added the Bootstrap theme and deprecated the prog theme, and there was much rejoicing!

However, the Bootstrap theme does not contain the schema.org RDFa that the prog theme contains, so a somewhat trumpeted new 3.14 feature won't actually be available to those using the default, recommended theme in 3.14.

Hi Dan, thank you for taking the time to bring this feature back! Indeed we did loose some fixes with outdated XSLT files in bootstrap, but there is bug 11310 to fix that. I think it will also fix this bug. I am closing duplicate.
