Entering partial call numbers in the range (Example: AF to AF) or exact beginning and end callnumbers (Example: AF ABB to AF ZUS) will result in no returned records.  Entering full callnumber that match for beginning and end of range will export those records (Example: AF Woo to AF WOO).

Signed off on patch for master for this (I don't think 3.0 is being supported anymore).
