Description Donna 2022-08-24 16:44:43 UTC
Record A has one item on it, and a bib level hold.
Using the Attach Item process, move the item from A to Record B.
You are given the message that Record A has no items attached and offers the option to delete the bib. If you click Delete, there is no warning that there are holds on the bib you are about to delete, and you are allowed to delete the bib.

Typical behavior in Koha is to warn/stop the deletion if there are holds on the bib, it would be great to add that consistency to this process.

We had an accidental delete of a subscription that way - it would be nice to have some more checks here!

+1

We had a hold disappear yesterday and discovered it was due to this process.
