We need to have the possibility to apply payments to guarantee's fines as a guarantor. 

-  View guarantee's fees
-  Pay guarantee's fees
-  Use guarantors credit against guarantee's fees

Like the checkouts and fines, this should be turned on in the guarantee's account.

We need this for both staff and opac interfaces I believe.

I would add that it would also be nice to have work on self checks through SIP.

Agreed.. I'm working on some dependencies right know you wrap my head around the challenge.. I think the SIP side of this may well end up as a distinct bug and be one in if the first areas I tackle.
