Description Laura Escamilla 2024-05-07 19:28:38 UTC
Currently, within the ILL request details, the 'Last updated' timestamp is presented in UTC time, which is causing confusion among library staff. The issue arises because this timestamp fails to reflect the local time zone of the respective library. For instance, when a user submits an ILL request at 3:09 pm local time, the 'Last updated' time incorrectly displays as 7:09 pm UTC time. This discrepancy is problematic as it misrepresents the timing of updates and may lead to misunderstandings. The ILL request log shows the correct time zone.
