To replicate: 1. Check the Default framework and ensure the 264$3 and/or the 260$3 is checked for visibility and also the editor. 2. Find a catalog record using the Default framework 3. Edit the record and enter some text in either the 264$3 or 260$3. 4. Save. 5. View the record in the Normal detail view and the OPAC detail view. See that the 264$3 or the 260$3 is not displayed. I would expect the Framework configuration would enable the fields to display.
The framework configuration will only work when the XSLT files are written to show the subfield in the first place - I assume this is not the case currently.
