---- Reported by nengard@gmail.com 2008-02-25 16:11:47 ---- Along with enhancement request number 1885, it would make sense to keep the patron apprised of the process related to their request. My public library did something great when I requested a book. They emailed me to tell me that my request was approved, they emailed me when the book arrived, and they automatically put he book on hold for me so that I could be the first patron to have the book. As a patron I felt pretty good to be included in the process as my request moved through the system - it also made it feel like I wasn't just being ignored. --- Bug imported by chris@bigballofwax.co.nz 2010-05-21 00:35 UTC --- This bug was previously known as _bug_ 1886 at http://bugs.koha.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=1886 Actual time not defined. Nicole: do you think this is covered by the emails sent to the patron and messages in the patron account? Can this bug be closed?
Cait, I've never actually seen those messages in action ... if they do what they say they do then yes we can close this :) If you've seen them in action then go ahead and close this. Nicole
Can someone confirm if the mails for suggestion management are working now?
