word document for confusing check-in and return date

Items that have gone lost from long overdue, and also lost items that have been paid have confusing date checked-in information. Perhaps more information could be added to the checkin date/time - for example in red system could say "long overdue to lost". On the circulation history, when an item has been paid for, instead of having just a return date, it could say in red "Date lost and paid"

This is still causing confusion. In addition to the 'Checkin in' column on item's checkout history screen (issuehistory.pl), patrons' Transactions tab in Accounting (boraccount.pl) also has the 'Checkin date' column. For lost items, it shows the date that items went lost or were paid for (depending on the library's MarkLostItemsAsReturned settings), not an actual checkin date, which is confusing for staff.
