On the license page, there are some occurrences of "licence" (British English spelling). License (US American spelling) should be used.

To replicate:
1. Go to More > About Koha > Licenses.
2. Search the page for "licence".
3. Note some occurrences of "licence", which is British English.

On the licenses page, there are some occurrences of "licence"
(British English spelling). License (US American spelling)
should be used.

Test plan:
1. Go to More > About Koha > Licenses.
2. Search the page for "licence".
3. Note some occurrences of "licence", which is the British English
   spelling.
4. Apply the patch and refresh the page.
5. Repeat step 2.
6. Note that there are now no occurences of "licence".
7. Sign off.
